CCP is milk protein (casein calcium), it is the polypeptide through enzyme processing and it can improve Ca absorption.
The features are:
(1) non-toxic, no antigenicity, no allergic.
(2) promote Ca absorption in small intestine .
(3) prevent the formation of calcium orthophosphate in aqueous solution.
(4) soluble in cold water, no change when heating and pressurizing aqueous solution(121 ℃, 30 minutes), the solution is transparent.
(5) Special bitter taste of peptide, don't need to add masking agent when use it.
